~ Stay The Course ~

You gave to her a gift to keep

And not sacrifice for earthly gain

She carried Life until He came

Then with Joy in heart accepted pain!

Should one have come to her in grief

To relieve her of what was to come

She would have sent them on their way

Because she knew where her Gift was from!

With Faith in God she nurtured Life

And honored Him with a Mother’s Love

While watching Him reveal in man

Step by step, His Light from Above!

She had the right as you and I
